I received my Bachelor's degree in communications and history from Stephen F. Austin
I started teaching at Whitehouse High School in 2013. The 2020-2021 school year marks my 8th year at Whitehouse High School. I currently teach Professional Communications and Debate.
I started teaching in 2008 at Permian High School in Odessa Texas right after I graduated college. I was a competitive debater all through my high school years and debate provided me scholarship opportunities for college. I come from a long line of teachers in my family on both sides. I was raised by a teacher and around teachers all my life.
I have one son who attends school at Higgins Elementary School in the district.
