I began in January ‘20 at Whitehouse High School

I teach all Culinary Arts Courses and clusters from the Hospitality & Tourism classes.  This includes Principles of Hospitality & Tourism (9^th grade), Introduction to Culinary Arts (10^th grade), Culinary Arts (11^th grade), & Advanced Culinary Arts (12^th grade).

I come from the culinary industry, with over fifteen years of experience.  I had managed kitchens and employees prior to this job.  So I do have an industry based Background with offical educational training.

I have been married to my beautiful wife since 2012.  We have a beautiful son, Oliver, who is currently taking Kindergarden. 

We enjoy visiting my wide’s hometown every summer in Jalpa, Zac. Mexico where she was born and raised.  She gets to visit her family and i get to take in the atmosphere and scenery.  I really enjoy the cultural experience that the city offers, as well as trying the variety of restaurants and foods available.  

I do not have any steady hobbies.  I do enjoy movies and movie memorabilia.  I do collect movies and movie props/ collectables.  I am a Dallas Cowboys Fan.  I have recently got into collecting Funko pops to match my movie collection.

When I'm not teaching I am usually researching foods to make in class
